When I remember things as a child I’m always 10. So...one day, when I was 10, one or both of my brothers came home from The McCoy’s house (the McCoy’s were a company of 5 brothers that lived around the corner from us during the 80’s and 90’s) raving about the burritos their mom made for dinner. Turmeric Honey Salad Dressing

Turmeric has proven itself for thousands of years as a natural anti-inflammatory. If you read about it in the news or health blogs it seems like it’s the newest thing! Either way turmeric is pretty easy to add to your everyday health routine. A teaspoon to a smoothie, a sprinkle in your soup, a dash in your ground meat or meat substitute and in your homemade salad dressings!
