Initial Nutrition Consultation

Service Description

1 1/2 hour initial consultation. You'll receive a full health history in order to set personal goals and attend to your nutrition needs. You'll also receive a personal nutrition and lifestyle plan that includes recipes to support those goals: better health, more energy and weight loss!

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that holds a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Please let us know as soon as you know that you will not be available to make your appointment. If a cancellation is necessary, please make it within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand that things do come up, however, chronic cancellations will need to be charged a cancellation fee.
