When you book an appointment, that holds a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Please let us know as soon as you know that you will not be available to make your appointment. If a cancellation is necessary, please make it within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand that things do come up, however, chronic cancellations will need to be charged a cancellation fee.
