½ t. Sunfire Salt
¼ t. white pepper
2 T. fresh lemon juice
⅛ t. cayenne (powder)
½ t. cumin
½ t. raw/local honey (or maple syrup if you want to keep it vegan)
¼ C. olive oil
One large bunch of kale, any variety. (I counted 18 stalks of dinosaur kale)
1/4 C. chopped red onion
½-¾ C. of any type of tomato you like
¼ C. sunflower seeds
In large bowl whisk together:
Honey or maple syrup
Clean, de-stem and chop kale into ribbons.

Add Kale to the dressing and massage the kale like this:
You’ll know you are finished when the kale is softer and glossy. The kale will become wilted as if you cooked it.
Add tomatoes and onions and toss.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and enjoy! ENJOY!!!
