Overnight, Protein Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients:

 

¼ cup chia seeds

1 1/2 cups liquid (nut milk, coconut milk or water)

 

*Choose a milk with the fewest ingredients. Coconut milk is the easiest to find where the ingredient list says: coconut milk.

 

¼ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

¼ nuts or seeds or nut butter

3 servings of your favorite protein powder

 

(Make about three jars at a time to maintain freshness.)

 

Put ingredients in jars (use any container you have with a lid).

 

Mix and put in refrigerator.

 

Enjoy in the morning.

 

(You may want to add a bit of milk or water and stir.)
