Oregano, Garlic Immune Boosting Dressing

Food is a powerful thing when it comes to getting and staying healthy. Oregano and Garlic are at the top of the list of immune boosting and virus fighting foods. This recipe contains both and, in addition: extra virgin olive oil, raw local honey and apple cider vinegar which aren’t too shabby themselves!!! This simple recipe will give you a week’s supply of something that’s not only healing but makes so many dishes even that much more DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

2 T. dried oregano

1-2 cloves garlic

3/4 C. extra virgin olive oil

2 T. yellow mustard (for turmeric and thickness)

1 t. Pink salt

Black pepper to taste

1/4 C. apple cider vinegar

1-2 T. raw, local honey

Directions:

Add everything to a jar with a tight lid. (Press the garlic.)

Shake really well!

Store in the refrigerator and use throughout the week.
