Chocolate, Almond Butter Protein Truffles



Ingredients:


1 ½ C. almond butter

1 C. collagen powder

¼ C. moringa powder

½ C. cacao powder

3 T. coconut oil

¼ C. chia seeds





Recipe:


Add almond butter, collagen powder and moringa powder to your food processor.


Blend until all ingredients are incorporated.


Add coconut oil (no need to melt) and mix until ingredients bond together into a “dough”.


(If the mixture is too runny at this point, put it in the refrigerator to set a little.)


Use a 1 T. ice cream scoop to form balls and sprinkle them with chia seeds or roll them in chia seeds.


Store in the refrigerator and enjoy the truffles, two per serving for the right amount of fat, protein and carbohydrates!
