Super Duper Super Food Hot Cereal


3/4 cup flax seed or meal

3/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup almond meal

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup 365 Whole Foods Market Organic Golden Milk powder

2 Cups Trader Joe's Fruit and Seed Granola (or 3/4 cup dried fruit of choice)


Add all ingredients (except for the granola or dried fruit) to a food processor and pulse or run until you have a very course flour.

Add the granola and pulse 4-5 times. You don't want the granola or fruit to take on the same consistency as the other ingredients, you want to add a variation in texture.

To Serve:

Scoop out 1/2 cup of the hot cereal into a bowl and add 1/4 C. hot water or hot milk and stir.

Top with a variety of toppings. I used chia seeds, bananas and honey!
