Coconut Yogurt

Mix one can of full fat coconut milk (Trader Joe’s is my favorite) with four probiotic capsules. *If the milk is thick, warm it gently (very low heat) on the stove to melt the bigger chunks. Take it off the heat before whisking in the probiotic powder.

Pour the mixture into a small jar and cover with a piece of cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band.

Taste it every 24 hours for a sour taste. When it tastes sour like yogurt, it’s ready! Put on the jar’s lid and place in the fridge where it will. This should last 4-5 days (probably more) in the fridge.

In warmer weather (regardless of the temperature of the house) it will take about two days. In the winter/colder months it will take about three days.

I made mine in several small jars and I like to eat it with a touch of raw local honey (for allergy support.)
